It has been specifically created to maximize your enjoyment in light winds. The GHOST X is available in 6 and 7-meter sizes as these are the optimum sizes for light wind riding with our new design. A key ingredient to light wind success is rigidity and weight reduction. The GHOST X only weighs 3.27 kg (7.21 lbs) in the 6-meter size and 4.04 Kg (8.9 lbs) for the 7-meter. The GHOST X uses clear X-PLY mono-film for the majority of the canopy. This gives the wing a unique look and allows the rider the ability to easily see their surroundings. This rigid material does require the wing to be rolled opposed to folded for storage. Reduced graphics also helps reduce weight while looking attractive. The GHOST X wing comes only in see through with black/green colors. A lighter wing will always provide a better experience in variable winds.

For those looking to push the limits of light wind riding, our wings are designed and built with durability in mind. The construction process is second to none, and it’s something we put a lot of focus and energy into. 

Two long, stiff grab handles on the centre strut provide reliable grip and easy hand movement up and down the strut while always maintaining control. This flexibility provides great mobility, whatever riding style you’re using. The soft handle in the mid strut area will make water starts even easier. There is also a rigid, smaller grab handle on the leading edge with a neoprene base to prevent hand abrasion when holding the wing while surfing or carrying it during setup. Scuff pads are used to protect vulnerable areas and neoprene covers protect the large volume valve.

The GHOST X has loads of power, often only requiring one pump of the wing to get on plane with your favorite foil board. The frame and rigidity of the wing provide superb balance resulting in amazing power delivery and a smooth and natural feel when depowered. To tap into additional performance characteristics, use the additional inflate valve to increase the PSI on the strut. This tension creates an even stiffer frame adding a more lively and aggressive ride.

The GHOST X provides a stable and very smooth ride in light wind conditions without the arm fatigue. The medium aspect wing provides low end grunt and superb upwind capability while keeping the wing tips out of the water. If you’re looking for variety, the GHOST X is versatile enough to be ridden with a SUP, skateboard or hit the snow with a snowboard or skis. It’s so easy to maneuver, that jibes and tacks are simply effortless.

Given that the GHOST X has to be rolled in order to not damage the mono-film canopy, the bag is long and has a durable construction and finishing. This helps protect your wing when storing or against the elements. 

The GHOST X comes with the bag, wrist leash (with swivel), waist belt (to attach your board and wrist leash if you want) and harness lines.
