The new EPIC GHOST WING V2 is the absolute best choice in the market for light wind wings. The GHOST V2 is available in 6 and 7-meter sizes and comes in 1 color style with a choice of 2 grab handle options (Boom or Small Grab Handles). These choices are only available as a custom order. With Epic moving to a direct sales model, it allows us to be solely responsible for customer satisfaction and price our equipment at direct to customer prices.
 
Small Grab Handles – Two stiff grab handles spaced perfectly for a balanced feel bookend a softer middle handle on the centre strut and provide reliable grip and handling flexibility. This enables easy hand movement up and down the strut while always maintaining control and mobility. The soft handle in the mid strut area will make water starts even easier and aid with those new tricks you’ve been trying.

Boom handle – This option includes a rigid carbon handle that spans the length of the strut offering maximum flexibility for hand positioning. You're able to position your hands without any restrictions.

A key ingredient to light wind success is rigidity and weight reduction. The GHOST V2 only weighs 3.18 kg (7.01 lbs) in the 6-meter size and 3.9 kg (8.6 lbs) for the 7-meter. We’ve accomplished these spectacular weight savings by removing windows, using a lightweight D2 canopy throughout.

Another key detail is our new bladder feature on the strut. We’ve included a red tab where the strut meets the leading edge. If you need to repair the strut bladder, this tab is used to prevent twists and uneven insertion. It ensures that the bladder sits in the strut perfectly every time.

For those looking to push the limits of light wind riding, our wings are designed and built with durability in mind. The construction process is second to none. We reinforce key areas with scuff pads and neoprene covers to protect the large volume valve. Dacron has been dobuled where the strut and leading edge meet making a stiffer and efficient frame. The construction and overall detailed build can withstand even the most aggressive rider demands ensuring longevity of your wing. The GHOST V2 has loads of power, often only requiring one pump of the wing to get on plane with your favorite foil board. The frame and rigidity of the wing provide superb balance resulting in amazing power delivery and a smooth and natural feel when depowered. To tap into additional performance characteristics, use the additional inflate valve to increase the PSI on the strut. This tension creates an even stiffer frame adding a livelier and more aggressive ride.

The shape of the GHOST V2 has small updates including tucking the wingtips by 25% providing a stable and very smooth ride in light wind conditions without arm fatigue. The medium aspect wing provides low end grunt and superb upwind capability while keeping the wing tips out of the water. If you’re looking for variety, the GHOST V2 is versatile enough to be ridden with a foil board, SUP, skateboard or hit the snow with a snowboard or skis. It’s so easy to maneuver, that jibes and tacks are simply effortless.

The EPIC GHOST WING V2 bag allows for several packing options. You can use it as a small compact backpack for short storage periods (not recommended for long periods due to creases in the window panels) or you can extend the bag so the windows can be rolled opposed to folded (greatly increasing the longevity of your wing). Thirdly, keep the strut inflated by expanding the bag further by opening the mesh compartment which Dimitri recommends. This way you’ll be even better prepared for your next session.
